    Hi Kids,

I heard about your podcasts on CBC Radio 1 this afternoon and have dropped by to check them out.

Your podcasts are funny, informative and I can tell that a lot of preparation has gone into the content and research. You’re very lucky to have such innovative teachers who can make learning so much fun.

If I could make a suggestion, I’m used to having the running time of a podcast indicated in the notes or the audio player (as a listener, it’s nice to know how much time I’ll be investing before I commit), perhaps you could look into doing that in the future.

After looking around your school’s website and its connection with ducks I think it would be fun to add a random quack somewhere in each episode :)

    Keep up the good work!

    Thanks for looking us up!

I’ve taken your suggestion to heart and you will now find running times after each episode title.

I’ll present the random quack idea to the kids after the break.

After listening to Episode 15 I had to take on the challenge……

Ere I took a large breath of air – I had just been told that I was heir to an are of land. Surely it was an err in understanding. I had to see it, where e’er this land was.

    air stuff we breathe
    are 1/100th of a hectare
    e’er contraction of “ever”
    ere eventually
    err to make a mistake
    heir
    one who will inherit

Great work on Episode 15 kids!

    Cheers, Ian
